PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide patient monitoring system to obtain physiological waveform, and to offer the procedure to detect the existence of pacemaker pulse by the patient monitoring system. ;SOLUTION: The analogue ECG wave form is obtained, and this ECG wave form is analyzed to form the 1st pacemaker pulse marker and energy measured value, and analogue ECG waveform is digitized to form digital ECG data. The 2nd pacemaker pulse marker is formed by analysis of this digital ECG data. The 1st pacemaker pulse marker and energy measured value is compared to the 2nd pacemaker pulse marker. The pace mode of the buried pacemaker is decided by analysis of timing relation between the detected pacemaker pulse and specified ECG featured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
