PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leveling machine capable of leveling a clay-based material without damaging the existing structure. PSOLUTION: This leveling machine 3 comprises a vibrating plate 31 for leveling a clay-based material and a vibrator 33 mounted on the vibration plate 31 and vibrating the vibration plate 31. A guide wheel 32, rotatable in the advancing direction, is so installed as to project to the side of the vibrating plate 31. Since the vibrating plate 31 runs, while being separated from a skeleton covering layer and the sidewall of a side wall body part 18 via the guide wheel 32.
