Differential file generation program and differential file distribution program

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a difference file creation program capable of creating without using a source file a difference file of the required minimum size that is specific to executable files, and a difference file distribution program.;SOLUTION: If structures of the same kind and the same name are included in both old and new executable files when a difference file for creating the new executable file is created from the old executable file, the files are compared by interpreting the contents of the structures. If the structures have the same meaning, the structures are not outputted to the difference file. Thus, comparison of the files through the interpretation of the contents of the structures makes it possible to avoid outputting to the difference file the structures that are substantially the same while differing as bit lines.
