PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inscribed planetary gear mechanism of a one-tooth-number-difference involute type.;SOLUTION: The inscribed planetary gear mechanism comprises an involute internal gear of a tooth number X, and an involute external gear of a tooth number (X-1) having such a predetermined dislocation coefficient as to prevent the interference of tooth tips with each other. Assuming that the involute external gear has eccentric motion, the dislocation coefficient is designed to be a value outside the rage of an allowable value which is given by JGMA, the gear standard of Japan Gear Industry Association. Particularly, when the dislocation coefficient of the involute internal gear of a tooth number of 40 is 1.0 and the dislocation coefficient of the involute external gear of a tooth number of 39 is 0.2, it is found to prevent the interference of the tooth tips with each other and actualize smooth eccentric motion.
