PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load of an electronic business form server and a load of a network. PSOLUTION: This electronic business form server is provided with a data storage means storing data about an electronic document, a client information management means managing client information, a client information transmission means transmitting the client information as a target of an operation request to a client in response to the operation request for the electronic business form from the client, and a data transmission means transmitting the data about the electronic business form to the client in response to an acquisition request for the data about the electronic business form from the client.
