PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity information search support technique capable of quickly and easily searching commodity information distributed to a plurality of web sites, commodity information difficult to search in the web sites, and commodity information about relevant commodities while maintaining reliability.;SOLUTION: When a user inputs a commodity name of a medicine from a terminal device 1a and selects search of an interview form, a browser of the terminal device 1a automatically accesses a web site of a pharmaceutical company providing an interview form of the input commodity name to display a top page.
