PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister package which can be colored freely in a selected color as a sufficient shading property is retained, and a pre-filled syringe package product using the blister package. PSOLUTION: A pre-filled syringe 12 filled with a photosensitive chemical is packaged in the blister package 16 which includes a storage body 72 having a recession 76 which stores the pre-filled syringe 12, and a lid 74 which covers an opening of the recession 76 of the storage body 72 to seal the recession 76. The storage body 72 is formed of a shading layer 90 having a shading property, and a colored layer 92 which covers the surface of at least the exterior of the shading layer 90 out of the exterior and interior thereof and is colored in an arbitrary color.
