The screw (1) has a screw segment (16) for delivering materials, and a dispersing section with a dispersing segment dispersed. A bearing segment (21) is provided within the dispersing section or at a downstream side of the dispersing section, where the bearing segment is provided with two screw channels. The screw channels are arranged in a rotation direction with a constant disalignment of their respective phase, where length of the screw channels is fixed in an axial direction on 0.2 rotation outer diameter of the bearing segment.
