PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly perform a QoS control for each virtual AP within one AP without constrains on operating of an application used or the like. PSOLUTION: The wireless system includes an AP 10 capable of operating one physical AP relaying between a user terminal 20 of the wireless LAN and a wire network as a virtual AP 11 that is a plurality of logical APs. The AP 10 includes a QoS level setting table setting system QoS information corresponding to one physical AP and a plurality of QoS level information corresponding to each virtual AP for each QoS category, and a main processing section determining a QoS control over data transmitted and received by a target virtual AP among each virtual APs according to a comparative result of the system QoS level information and QoS level information of the target virtual access point on the basis of the required QoS category and QoS level setting table.
