PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic stimulation device capable of specifying the position and direction no matter which position an electromagnetic coil is at (device for specifying or targeting a stimulation region in magnetic stimulation). PSOLUTION: The magnetic stimulation device comprises: a magnetic field generation means MSB1/SBfor applying magnetic stimulation to the in vivo region of a subject; a support means MSB2/SBfor supporting the magnetic field generation means MSB1/SB; a measurement means MSB3/SBfor reading the displacement of the support means MSB2/SBand measuring the position and direction of the magnetic field generation means MSB1/SB; a storage means MSB4/SBfor storing data DSB1/SBincluding information about the shapes of the in vivo region and a body surface region around the in vivo region and the relative position relation beforehand; a measurement means MSB5/SBfor measuring data DSB2/SBincluding the information about the shape and position of the body surface region; and an arithmetic means MSB6/SBfor positioning the data DSB1/SBand the data DSB2/SBand specifying the coordinates of the in vivo region.
