PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time constant changeover circuit comprising only bipolar elements. SOLUTION: The time constant changeover circuit in the bipolar integrated circuit is provided with: an operational amplifier (20) having a noninverting input terminal and an inverting input terminal receiving an input signal, and an output terminal; 1st and 2nd feedback paths (1, 2) provided between the inverting input terminal and the output terminal; and a changeover circuit (10) that validates one of the 1st and 2nd feedback circuits to switch the time constant of the output signal with respect to the input signal.
