PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inventory information processing apparatus which can correct quantity of inventory of all articles including the article which does not actually exist, obtains correctly quantity of inventory and enables order of articles of proper quantity.;SOLUTION: The quantity of actual inventory for every article is stored in an inventory table 16 together with the date when the inventory is taken last time.
