PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recovering a surplus product on a blister band and returning the recovered product to a blister machine.;SOLUTION: There is provided a device 100 for receiving a surplus product 2 on a blister band 3 of a blistering machine M. This device is comprised of an ejecting means 13 arranged quite near the blister band to eject a surplus item, and a transferring means including a rotary drum and a moving means 33 for use in recovering the ejected surplus item. The rotary drum is substantially hollow and is provided with a plurality of radial extending individual plates for defining a niche. The niche receives the ejected surplus item when the niche is positioned near the ejecting means.
