PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for confirming a removal of the moisture in a solid-phase extraction column which simply confirm the removal of the moisture in the solid-phase extraction column. The existence of the residual moisture can be simply confirmed by adding the water sensitive material and visually observing the condition of the discolored water sensitive material.
