PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the operation of output control by suppressing an increase in voltage only by phase advance ineffective power control. PSOLUTION: A distributed power supply consists of a DC power supply portion 1 such as a solar battery, fuel battery, etc., an inverter 2 for converting DC power generated from the DC power supply portion to AC, a linkage breaker 3 for linkage to a low-voltage distribution line 7, and an automatic voltage adjusting device 4 for suppressing an increase in voltage when the voltage on the low-voltage distribution line linked by the linkage breaker comes out of an appropriate value. The automatic voltage adjusting device 4 includes a phase advance ineffective power controlling function which starts its operation to perform phase advance ineffective power control over the inverter 2 when the voltage of the low-voltage distribution line inside the distributed power supply which is detected by a voltage detecting means 41 exceeds a preset voltage upper limit value; a receiving means which activates the phase advance ineffective power control function when it receives a phase advance ineffective power control command from outside; and a transmitting means for transmitting a phase advance ineffective power control starting signal to the outside when the detected voltage exceeds the preset voltage upper limit value and thereby the phase advance ineffective power control function is activated.
