PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-operation detection system for a distributed power supply capable of surely detecting power failures in a distribution system, and ensuring the prevention of the single operation of the distributed power supply. PSOLUTION: This single-operation detection system 1 for a photovoltaic power generation device (distributed power supply) 21 includes a power failure information disclosing server 16 with a communication function which retains information as to whether a distributed system 51 fails and releases the information via the Internet 52; and a power failure detecting client 23 with a communication function which acquires the information retained by the power failure information disclosing server 16 via the Internet 52 and isolates the photovoltaic power generation device 21 from the distribution system 51 when it is decided that the distributed system 51 has failed based on the information acquired from the power failure information disclosing server 16.
