PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a pressure transducer with clogging diagnostic function and a diagnostic method for clogging of a pressure transducer.;SOLUTION: The pressure transducer with clogging diagnostic function includes a sensor that pressure of a pressure guide tube from a plant is input, a pressure operation part operating a pressure value from electric signal produced by the sensor, a statistic operation part operating the variance of swing of the pressure value and a clogging judgment part diagnosing clogging of the pressure guide tube, based on the operation result of the statistic operation part. The pressure transducer with clogging diagnostic function also includes an operation result container containing the operation results, a diagnosis judgment part judging unavailability of diagnosis when the value container in the operation result container is smaller than a specific value, and an alarm process part for nullifying the judgment result of the clogging judgment part when diagnosis is unavailable.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
