PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, method and program for management of a clinical examination value, capable of detecting an examination error. PSOLUTION: The management device (1) capable of detecting the examination error of the clinical examination value includes a recording unit (13) and an operation processing unit (11). The recording unit records first and second examination values correlatively with an inspection item. The operation processing unit reads out the first examination values corresponding to two inspection items from the recording unit, calculates a correlation coefficient (r), and when an absolute value of the correlation coefficient is larger than a threshold (Th1), determines the two inspection items as a set usable for determining an examination error, and calculates a standard deviation of the second main component in the set. Then, the operation processing unit reads out the second examination values of the two inspection items determined as the set from the recording unit, calculates the second main component by main component analysis, and when a value acquired by dividing the second main component by the standard deviation of the second main component in the set is larger than a second threshold (Th2), determines that the corresponding second examination value has an examination error.
