PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access control device facilitating confirmation of a determination result of access control performed based on the definition of security policy.;SOLUTION: The access control device performs access control to resources based on a resource classification information which classifies resources, a subject classification information which classifies subjects that operate the resources, and definition information that defines a rule about permission determination for each kind of operation according to combination of resource classification and subject classification. It comprises a determination means for determining permission of specific operation by a specific subject about the resources contained in the set of resources, based on the rule defined in the definition information. The specific subject is selected from a list of subjects on a screen displaying the set of resources. The specific operation is selected from the list of operations on the display screen.
