PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a delay in transmission from a central supervisory device, even if there are a number of devices for supervisory control and the number of busy schedules for each device become very large.;SOLUTION: A central supervisory system for a building includes a central supervisory device, a distributed control device, and a controller. The central supervisory device and the distributed control device are each provided with a means for transmitting and receiving real-time data. The central supervisory device is provided with a means of transmitting non-real-time data from the central supervisory device to the distributed control device and a server, having a general-purpose relational database in its portion transmitting the non-real-time data. The distributed control device is provided with a means of receiving the non-real-time data. The non-real-time transmitting and receiving means transmit and receive the non-real-time data, to and from the server during real-time transmission and reception, without causing delays in the real-time transmission and reception.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
