Disclosed are a visual aiding system and a visual aiding method using analysis of user's visual attention. In the visual aiding system and method, by tracking user's pupil of eyes, user's focus information which is tracking information is matched (integrated) with an external image corresponding to a front region observed by a user. Thereafter, by using distribution of the eyes' focus information matched with an external image, a visual attention image block observed by the user is extracted from the external image. Thereafter, the extracted visual attention image block is enlarged with a predetermined multiple and provided to the user.
