The present invention is further comprised of automated interactive customized modules to provide medical personnel with daily reports on outpatient treatment progress and condition. The present invention is further comprised of modules that create a cost effective interactive connection between an outpatient and medical staff where distance and lack of contact can place an outpatient at greater risk of relapse and prevent medical personnel from performing desired follow up services.
