The present invention is related in general to an equipment monitoring and detection of threats with a video system integrated.More particularly, the present invention is directed to equipment for use as a system of public safety and emergency messages adapted to detect and identify threats in the surrounding environment to display information relating to the threat or other public information ICAS to the public.
