METHODS OF ISOMERIZATION OF A SOLUTION OF A VITAMIN D DERIVATIVE, FOR THE PRODUCTION AND PREPARATION OF CALCIPOTRIOL OR CALCIPOTRIOL MONOIDRATE, AND FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF A PHARMACEUTICAL OR MEDICATION FORMULATION, AND, USE OF A PHOTO-REACTOR REACTOR CONTINUOUS FLOW. The present invention relates to a method of isomerization of vitamin D analogs, such as compounds useful for the synthesis of calcipotriol, and the use of a flow through a photo-reactor or a continuous-flow photo-reactor for the production of said vitamin D analogs. The present invention also relates to the use of intermediates produced with said method to produce calcipotriol or calcipotriol monohydrate, or pharmaceutical formulations thereof.
