SOLVENT-FREE FUNGICIDE COMPOSITION, WATER DISPERSION OF A STROBILURINE FUNGICIDE, PROCESS FOR PREPARING A COMPOSITION, PROCESS FOR TREATMENT OF A SUBSTRATE, PROCESS FOR DELIVERING A STROBILURINE FUNGICIDE, AND FREE USE OF THE INVENTION of improved efficacy solvents comprising at least one water-insoluble biocide (preferably a herbicide) and a water-soluble carrier material, wherein the water-insoluble biocide is dispersed through the carrier material in a nano-dispersed peak-diameter form less than 1,000 nm. The present invention also provides a process comprising spray drying a biocide solution and a water-soluble carrier solution to obtain a solvent free dispersion of the biocide in the carrier which, when dissolved in water, produces a nano-dispersed biocide. . The present invention also provides an aqueous dispersion of a water insoluble biocide and a water soluble carrier obtained by dispersing the water composition of the solvent free composition.
