METHODS TO REDUCE SYMPTOMS OF DEPRESSION AND TO TREAT ONE OR MORE PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION AND KIT. Methods of treating diseases and psychological conditions are provided by administering a preferred muscarinic M1 acetylcholine receptor antagonist, optionally with at least one antidepressant other than a selective muscarinic acetylcholine M1 antagonist. The invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions and kits for administering at least one selective muscarinic acetylcholine M1 antagonist in combination with at least one antidepressant other than a selective muscarinic acetylcholine M1 antagonist.
