The present Invention relates to substituted Aromatic bicyclic compounds containing pyrimidine and Pyridine Rings and Pharmaceutical acceptable salts for use of the same.The compounds of the present Invention are useful as inhibitors of the Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors, with preference of the src Family Kinases (SFK), particularly as many of the SFK inhibitors / jak Kinases and, preferably, as dual inhibitors of C - src / jak Q Uinasas, thereby inhibiting the Activation of STAT3 and, therefore,The abnormal growth of the individual cell types. Remarkably, the compounds of the present Invention are useful for the Treatment or inhibition of certain diseases that are the result of the deregulation of STAT3.
