In the present invention, there is disclosed a circuit with non-minimal phase for correction of amplitude and phase-frequency characteristic being formed of a cascade connection of a first equalizing network (1) with minimum phase, a second equalizing network (2) with minimum phase and a phase shifter (3). The first equalizing network (1) consists of a first operational amplifier (OA1), having its non-inverting input terminal connected with a common conductor while the inverting input terminal thereof is connected to one end of a first resistor (R1) and one end of a first capacitor (C1) wherein the other ends thereof are connected with a live terminal of input signal (ui11). At the same time, the inverting input terminal of the first operational amplifier (OA1) is connected to one end of a second resistor (R2) while the other and thereof is connected to an output terminal of said first operational amplifier (OA1). The output terminal of said first operational amplifier (OA1) is also connected to one end of a third resistor (R3) and one end of a second capacitor (C2) while the other ends thereof are connected to an inverting input terminal of a second operational amplifier (OA2). Said second operational amplifier (OA2) inverting input terminal is also connected to one end of a fourth resistor (R4) while the other end thereof is connected to the output terminal of the second operational amplifier (OA2). The second operational amplifier (OA2) non-inverting terminal is connected to a common conductor. The output terminal of the second operational amplifier (OA2) is further connected to an input of the phase shifter (3) i.e. one end of a fifth resistor (R5) and one end of a photo resistor (PR) forming an output of an opto-coupler (OC), the input of which is an optical radiation source. The other end of the photo resistor (PR) is connected to a non-inverting input terminal of a third operational amplifier (OA3). At the same time, one end of a third capacitor (C3) having its other end connected to the common conductor, is connected to said third operational amplifier (OA3) non-inverting input terminal. The other end of the fifth resistor (R5) is connected to the inverting input terminal of the third operational amplifier (OA3), while said inverting input terminal of the third operational amplifier (OA3) is also connected to one end of a sixth resistor (R6) having its other end connected to the output terminal of the third operational amplifier (OA3). The third operational amplifier (OA3) output terminal is also connected to the corrective network live terminal of output voltage (ui22).
