The invention relates to the purification of domestic and industrial wastewater and can be used in the purification of, for example, residential buildings, villages, cities, livestock farms, yeast, breweries, sugar factories, etc. The purpose of the invention is to ensure effective and stable quality of wastewater treatment and improve environmental safety. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in an installation for deep biochemical wastewater treatment, the liquid is fed first to mechanical treatment devices, then to biocoagulators, anaerobic bioreactors and then to chambers for mixing wastewater sludge and reagents with circulating pumps of combined biological treatment devices containing biofilters with artificial loading, irrigation systems, collecting trays and drain collectors, to which aeration columns are connected, buried in the aeration zones of aeration tanks. In this case, a mixture of sludge and reagent waste water is pumped into the biofilter irrigation system of the first combined device, the clarified water from which is sent to the mixing chamber of the second combined device. Additional treatment is carried out in denitrifiers and bioreactors. Sludge and sludge are discharged to an excess sludge treatment device.
