A method is proposed for controlling a middle distillate hydrogenation reactor, in which hydrogenation and hydroisomerization of a middle distillate, including components with a boiling range corresponding to gas oil, takes place, in addition to FT synthesis hydrocarbons obtained by the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction, the control method includes the steps of bringing the middle distillate into contact with a catalyst with hydrogenation and hydroisomerization of the middle distillate to obtain a hydrogenated middle distillate, the temperature measurement is cloudy yielding the hydrogenated middle distillate flowing out from the middle distillate hydrogenation reactor, and adjusting the control parameters of the middle distillate hydrogenation reactor so that the cloud point coincides with a predetermined predetermined value.
