When developing an underground mine, the shaft (80) of the mines is created by removing the soil and removing the excavated rock from the shaft (80) of the mine using a rock transportation system containing skips (36) moving up and down along the skip guides in the shaft. Tunnels (82) begin to construct mines from the lower part of the shaft (80) with a recess of the cavity (81), in which the drilling tunnel tunneling machine (82) is assembled and operated. When excavating a tunnel, the rock is transported from the tunnels via a conveyor (87) to the rock transportation system installed in the shaft of the mine during its creation and transporting the rock to the ground surface area.
