Integrated systems and methods for low-emission power generation in hydrocarbon recovery processes are presented. One system contains a regulated fuel flow, an oxygen flow, a combustion chamber, a first power generation system, and a second power generation system. The combustion chamber is designed to receive and burn a controlled fuel flow and an oxygen flow to produce a combustion gas stream containing carbon dioxide and water. The first power generation system is designed to generate at least one unit of power and create a stream of carbon dioxide. The second power generation system is designed to absorb thermal energy from the combustion gas stream and convert the thermal energy into at least one power unit.
