The parabolic shell (12) limits the said device (10) at the back and comprises a reflective inner surface (18) adapted to reflect efficiently the electromagnetic waves of, at least, visible and/or infrared part of the spectrum. The upper deflecting element (14) is in the form of a truncated cone, is located on the top of the said parabolic shell (12) and comprises a reflecting inner surface adapted to reflect effectively the electromagnetic waves of, at least, visible and/or infrared part of the spectrum.EFFECT: increasing the uniformity of distribution in the heat flow space.6 cl, 3 dwg
