The active substance (50) is contained in the said reservoir (40). The device further comprises a parabolic shell (12) and an upper deflecting element (14). The parabolic shell (12) limits the said device (10) at the back and comprises a reflective inner surface (18) adapted to reflect efficiently the electromagnetic waves of, at least, visible and/or infrared part of the spectrum.
