Accordingly the present invention provides a torso extension bracket for crash test dummy for photographic reference comprising at least one marker stickers fixed on head of said crash test dummy, longitudinal extension attached to either end of transverse extension plate of said crash test dummy by mounting fastener, at least one marker sticker being fixed to said longitudinal extension. The marker stickers fixed on head and torso extension brackets are tracked to compute their position and angular positions in space throughout the test event using coordinates of marker stickers on head & the torso extension bracket. The rotation of the head relative to the torso is computed by subtraction of their respective inclinations within the photographic frames.
