In more specific terms, the cost for construction of the foundation itself is one of the major highlights in the budget. The present invention provides modifications in the foundation system, modifications in the reinforcement design of the plinth beam and modifications in the reinforcement design of the lintel beam, thereby reducing the total cost of the building by 15% to 20%.
