Detect suspect / fake Indian currency notes while counting on suction feed bundle counting machine through imaging technology, being the Bundle counting machine (REF FIG -3) having batch function (with suction system & system to prepare selected batch of notes by stopping counting process as soon as it reaches set count through BATCH SOLENOID & BATCH LEVER (REF FIG 6) being attached with smart camera (REF CAMERA SPECIFICATIONS FIG-4 and 7) with DSP processor (REF FIG-1 and FIG-2) combined with a CIS, capable of complicated algorithmic calculations and the additional processing capability allowing the system to perform denomination classification, OCR recognition through banknote imaging & banknote fitness detection. Further, the machine, having a smart camera (REF FIG-4 and FIG-7) taking pictures of notes being opening, while sucking one by one note by spindle (Spindle finger position is sensed by Infra red sensor to detect opening position of currency notes while sucking notes) and the camera having (REF FIG-11) DSP processor along with RAM, EEprom, Smart Relay output. Additionally the machine, having a specially designed PARAMETER FILE through a universal designing tool program being loaded into EEPROM of camera through Ethernet (REF FIG-14) or RS-232 (REF FIG-13) communication from PC (REFER FIG-15 FOR SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS) and the universal tool designing program being installed & being operative on PC having Microsoft Windows XP as operating system. Lastly, machine above, suspect counterfeit decision being taken by DSP being sending the output on SMART RELAY and the SMART RELAY being linked to Batch operating solenoid circuit of Bundle note counting Microprocessor based CPU card (Ref Fig-16 circuit diagram) and immediately CPU card getting signal of SMART relay output activating Batch Solenoid & stopping counting of notes and finding counterfeit note.
