The regulated blast- flow (backward—forward—sideways—downwards) by sliding/radial-rotatable manipulator, facilitates cruise, while controlled blasts regulate its rise & hovering. The airfoil-profile of full head-span, jet air-intakes and steerons also contribute to lift. The roof-end high jet/s boosts climb & cruise. The strategically located steerons execute all maneuvers. COAT can land or take-off vertically/inclined or on short run, besides facilitate shorter maneuverings.
