The present invention relates to a CPVC molded fitting construct for the assembly of CPVC/metal/CPVC multilayer composite piping system typically being used in the plumbing system for the distribution of hot and cold water, eliminating the requirement of insertion of separate insert bushing at every joint while assembly of pipes and the fitting, as the composite fitting is constructed with novel unified pattern having outer sleeve and inner sleeve covering the terminal ends of multilayer composite pipes preventing separation of layer bonding due to entrapment of hot water or steam between the layers of polymer and metal. The said fitting construction also comprises the single or multiple vent holes or slots on the outer sleeve, providing the passage for air and/or VOC avoiding the prolongation of curing time for joint and at the same time providing the leak proof assembly of composite plumbing system in a user friendly manner with enhanced durability.
