This invention is related to offshore wave power unit by amplifying wave surface level (amplitude) consist of two main devices one is submerge floating stationary wave passing channel of length of wave length divided in primary and secondary wave section by isolation wall at the center sloping downward direction from bottom to the forward and backward end of the stationary body, at the bottom. The buoyancy tank and the wave accommodating duct cum plenum chamber are the second device joint together operates in a vertical mode in primary and secondary wave section respectively. The opposite in direction wave levels besides isolation wall and heaving buoyancy of second device creates large wave level difference than natural wave level in the water accommodating duct leads to vacuum and pressure sequence in plenum chamber which rotates self rectifying turbine to power an electrical generator situated in air accommodating duct attached to plenum chamber.
