As disclosed herein the present invention Advance - technique for Promoting Antenatal to Neonatal Assistance tackles the issue of accessibility of health facilities and health care seeking behavior for good maternal and child health. Health care providers, pregnant woman or mothers and health institutes are interlinked together through Interacted voice response (IVR), Short messaging system (SMS) and 24 X 7 Toll free number and integrated computer software along with technical application. A pregnant women or mother registered with the health care system automatically receives reminder calls whenever she is due for her antenatal or postnatal visit. She is able to access the health care provider round the clock for any advice and also is able to seek ambulance services in case of emergency by dialing a toll free number even if there is zero balance in their cell phone. ANM collects the data from the pregnant women at the time of first registration and enters into the software. The software utilizes the information collected from the pregnant women to automatically set up reminder calls as and when required also it informs ANM through SMS regarding the scheduled visits of ANC in their area for a defined period. This unique technique increases deliveries in institution, decreases the prevalence of anaemia in mothers, detects of high risk cases early and reduces stress and anxiety regarding child birth.
