The present invention is related to a construction system of civil works of different applications, and modular units with multiple uses and applications using new generation materials with replicable technologies. Said materials are based on the application of structures of vinyl polychloride tubes and connectors, polystyrene EPS panels with reinforcements of electro-welded mesh and coatings based on mixtures of pastes and acrylic resins and white cement and pigments as finishes. This construction system is applied in sustainable and highly efficient civil constructions of different uses, such as classrooms, rural clinics, rural housing, dwellings, flats, ecotourism hotels, commercial spaces, agricultural refrigerated warehouses, military and naval barracks amongst other civil work constructions, as well as modular unit constructions such as systems of vinyl polychloride tube and connector hexagonal structural units designed as modular units for agricultural and hydroponic green fora ge production, hexagonal cover structures for housing or protecting against anti-aphids and frosts in furrow crops, greenhouses, sauna and steam bath structures, cold room structures, fishing structures, vessels, floating houses, garden structures, trailer structures, perimeter walls, surveillance towers, amongst others.
