The present invention refers to a water-base acrylic waterproofing composition with low thermal conductivity having values of = 0.24 watt/m°K and preferably with values = 0.06 watt/m°K, which uses recycled materials in the formulation thereof, which is characterised in that the composition comprises an acrylic or modified acrylic resin including butyl acrylate with 20% to 60% of total solids; microspheres of glass, ceramic or polymeric and/or mixtures thereof; particles of milled tire rubber having a size of from about 10 mesh to about 400 mesh, loads, additives and water, an optionally comprising fibre, a water hardness controller, a fire retardant and dyes.
