Described is a cream based on Petiveria Alliacea used in the treatment of rheumatic and muscular diseases, the cream resulting from the wide information having on this plant which is original from Central and South America, Africa and the Caribbean; in Mexico it is widely known above all in Yucatán; however up to now this plant has not been used with alternative medicinal purposes and far less as an economic alternative, but for long time, this plant has demonstrated that the parts and components thereof are useful for curing different diseases, in external and internal use, thus this last is not very common. The invention to be patented is a cream for external use which has already been tested in Yucatán by the trial and error experiment and which main components are Vaseline, beeswax, root and leaves of Petiveria Alliacea, as well as two adjuvant components, one aroma and one preservative useful to turn the invention into a more attractive and long lasting cream. The inventive cream is intended to be used as an alternative to treatments prescribed by allopathic medicine and which may compete with this, thus having easier and quicker alternatives in the treatment of rheumatic and muscular diseases. The processing of the cream results from techniques used in the alternative medicine and which is based on a bain-marie manufacturing process.
