The present invention refers to an ancillary mechanical system for driving automatic vehicles for people with legs disabilities, which allows the brake and accelerator pedals in a conventional automatic vehicle to be easily and effectively operated, the system including a plurality of mechanical accessories for transferring the force of a lever, operated by the left arm, to the pedals in an efficient manner, where the installation time is relatively short, the system being easily uninstalled and installed in another vehicle, this does not invade the space of the vehicle¿s operator, thus the use of the vehicle being comfortable and aesthetically agreeable.
