Refers to a Pharmaceutical composition comprising: (a) 0.1 to 30mg of linagliptin as First Active Ingredient; (b) 0.5 to 100mg of a Second Active principle bencenico replaced with glucopiranosilo is a Derivative of formula (i) wherein R1 is Methyl or chlorine, R3 is etinilo, ethoxy Ethyl (R) - Iloxi tetrahydrofuran-3-yl or (S) - tetrahydrofuran-3-yl iloxi; (c) 40 to 88% of solvent; d) 0.5 to 20% of a Binder; and e) 0.5 to 20 percent of a disintegrant; where both active substances are in an amount of 0.5 to 25% by weight of the composition. The composition is useful for the treatment of Type 2 diabetes mellitus, hyperglycaemia, Obesity
