The present invention relates to an absorbing composite which consists of a biopolymeric dressing and to a process for preparing such a product. According to the invention, the product is biodegradable, with three-dimensional conformation and porous micro-structure and consists of collagen proteins, hyaluronic acid, growth factors and pharmaceutical factors with protective role and activity for stimulating the tissular regeneration. According to the invention, the process comprises the step of preparing a collagen solution with a concentration of 0.6...2% and pH of 5...7. In a planetary mixer there are introduced 100 parts of 2% collagen solution and there are added 5 parts of 6% condroitin-6-sulphate solution, while stirring for 60 min at a temperature of 10° C and a pressure of 0.1 torr, then adding 0.0005 parts TGFb, 0.25% neomycin sulphate, and 100 parts of solution containing 0.02 g silver nitrate, continuing the homogenization for 60 seconds, there resulting a composition which is lyophilized in moulds at the desired dimensions, thereby producing elastic spongious white-coloured foils which are hermetically packaged and sterilized by exposure to UV and γ radiations.
