HIDDEN MARKING PROCESS IN ORDER TO CONFIRM THE AUTHENTICITY OF TEXTILE OR LEATHER READY-MADE CLOTHES

The invention relates to a hidden marking process in order to confirm the authenticity of textile or leather ready-made clothes. According to the invention, the process consists in attaching a marking label (4) to the product, between two thin layers (5 and 6) of the ready-made clothes, in a pre-established place, said marking label being made of a hologram carried out on a double foil (1) of thermoplastic polyester having an intermediary thin metal layer whereon there is inscribed, by means of demetallized transparent areas, a 2D code with square or round geometric symbols, the code being read without deteriorating the product, with a source (7) of infrared radiation above which there is placed the label-containing area of the ready made clothes and the infrared radiation beam (8) penetrates the thin layers of material and allows the forming of the image of the label code by means of infra-red photo or video camera (9), in which the demetallized graphical symbols are viewed brighter.
