The invention relates to a finely adjusted variable-ratio voltage transformer with embedded electronic equipment meant for laboratories and test stands whereon a short adjustment time is required. According to the invention, the transformer has a winding (3) to which the adjustment is carried out by commutation from turn to turn by means of a mechanism driven by an AC motor, namely a grid (2) for dividing the fascicular magnetic flux with several terminals (g, g, g, g) to which some static contactors (G, G, G, G) are connected in order to commutate the path of current from one terminal to another terminal of the grid (2) with a view to carrying out a fine output voltage adjustment.
