摘要

The invention relates to a micro-biosensor intended to detect organophosphoric insecticides in environment and food samples, based on acetylcholinesterase inhibition. According to the invention, the micro-biosensor consists of an amperometric micro transducer made on a silicon wafer which, on the silicon substrate (a) has a dielectric coat (b) of SiOon which there are placed three micro-electrodes, namely: a working electrode (1) consisting of six metallization strips made of two metal layers (c and d) of chromium and platinum which are coated with a glutaraldehyde-activated aminophenyl layer (f) on top of which there is placed a layer (g) made of an enzyme-type biological material sensitive to the presence of organophosphoric insecticides, a counter-electrode (3) and a reference electrode (2) having a central position between the working electrode (1) and the counter-electrode (3), where the said counter-electrode (3) is made of two layers (c and d) of chromium and platinum and the reference electrode (2) is made of a chromium layer (c) and a layer (e) of Ag/AgCl.
