Invention relates to the procedre for enriching water, particularly in fish ponds, by means of the dissolved oxygen and to the device for accomplishing the procedure. The procedure is achieved so that the compressed oxygen is inserted below the water surface to the very bottom of the fish pond, i.e. lake, or a pool, and therewith is open the possibility that the water in the layer of about 5-15 centimeters, near the bottom of the pond or pool, is exposed to the opening of the bells of oxygen chamber (4) and which impacts under pressure. Device herewith explained includes a bell of oxygen chamber (4), a flexible pipeline (3), reducer (2) and high pressure, a bottle with compressed or liquid oxygen (1), level regulator of phase water-oxygen with one-way tap for adding the oxygen into the bell of oxygen chamber (5), a water pump for providing water recirculation as to the fountain principle (6), fixing or loading (7) of the bell of oxygen chamber (4) to the bottom below water surface, a meter (8) of the quantity of dissolved oxygen, a water level meter (9) in the pool (11), oxygen level meter (10) in the bell of oxygen, a control valve for control of filling water into the pool (11) and a valve (12) to drain the water.
